Kelsey is a fantastic teacher—she breaks everything down so even novice cooks will feel like pros. Cindy will cook along with the class and share the origins of chaat as well as ideas for both alcoholic and NA beverage pairings. We may even have a special guest!
When you sign up, you’ll receive a shopping list, recipes, a pack of Masi Masa Indian Tikka Masala Spice Blend, and a Zoom link a week in advance of the class so you’ll have plenty of time to shop for ingredients.
