Join Kelsey Miguel, founder of Not Umami’s Cooking and Cindy Frigard, co-founder of Masi Masa, for a super fun hands-on 1-hour virtual cooking class where you’ll learn to make Shakshuka, a dish that originated in North Africa. Which is why we’re doing it with Masi Masa’s Ras El Hanout. This is the quintessential breakfast for dinner dish and perfect for cold winter nights.
Kelsey is a terrific teacher—she breaks everything down so even novice cooks will feel like pros. Cindy will cook along with the class and share the origins of Shakshuka as well as ideas for both alcoholic and NA beverage pairings. We may even have a special guest!
When you sign up, you’ll receive a shopping list, recipes, a pack of Masi Masa Ras El Hanout Spice Blend, and a Zoom link in advance of the class so you’ll have plenty of time to shop for ingredients.
Date: Thursday, February 10th at 5:30pm PST
Our classes make terrific gifts and are fun to do with friends and family either in person or in your own kitchens. If you want to give a class or two or even the 4-class package as a gift, just check the gift option when placing your order. We’ll ship a package directly to your lucky recipient along with a personalized greeting card from you.
Vegetarian? No worries! There’s no meat in this dish!
We hope to see you in class!
***NOTE: Last day to sign up in time to receive spice blend in the mail in time for the class is Tuesday, February 1st.***
