Nothing better than fresh dill to zhoosh up some green beans. This dish is even easier to make if you get the already-trimmed ones in a bag like the Haricot Verts from Trader Joe’s.

Green beans zhuzhed up with some fresh dill make the perfect side for any of our Moroccan recipes.
1 pound green beans, trimmed and washed
1 handful fresh dill, chopped (optional)
2 TBSP butter (or good quality olive oil)
2 TBSP salt for cooking
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add 2 TBSP salt.
Add trimmed green beans, boil for 3 minutes, until tender crisp/al dente.
In the same pot over low heat, melt 2 TBSP butter.
Stir in dill.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve!
