We used this recipe to make Ranch dressing mix for our Tikka Spiced Popcorn, but can also be used for making salad dressing and dip for wings, nuggets, veggies, etc. (If you’re using it to make another recipe, two tablespoons equals one pack of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing powder pack.)

This bright and refreshing salad is a great use of what’s in your garden or at the farmers market. The main herb is basil, so if you can’t get your hands on (or don’t like) parsley or mint, feel free to replace with more basil.
