We launched Masi Masa two summers ago at Aspen Food & Wine. Since then, we‘ve spoken to hundreds of people about how we can make the recipes on the back of our packages better. Based on this input, we’ve gone through one iteration and are about to do another small tweak this summer. But, some of our friends and family members have reached out to ask for the original recipes. So, we thought we should immortalize these recipes for them, and for our new converts who might want to try a slightly different variation.
