As a three and a half generation Japanese American growing up in Northern California, Cindy (the Masi to our Masi Masa) spent her formative years feasting on the Japanese Golden Curry her mother made with the universally-known curry bricks, never questioning the ingredients or what made them retain their cubic shape. Now that she’s older and wiser, she knows that the bricks are full of ingredients that are less than healthy. That fact led us to create our own Japanese Curry, one with ingredients we can spell!
